This session will share a process where students from grades 4 to 6 took the responsibility for capturing, sharing and tracking their own learning using apps that - when combined - enable this student centered learning. This session will also suggest best practices from an administrator's point of view on how best to assess student thinking in relation to School Improvement Plans.
